• Fun Day Cruise: These 11 hours of fun is a time to remember. Your fare of $130 or so will be all-inclusive in your trip to the Grand Bahama Island. An eat-all-you-can breakfast buffet on your way to your perfect getaway, and another eat-all-you-can buffet on your way back. Your meals will come with complimentary drinks whether alcoholic or non-alcoholic. While on board, you get to enjoy music, videos, movies and Nintendo Wii’s. Live bands will play lively songs that will have you dancing all the way. Sun bath on the deck or take a dip in the pool if this is your idea of fun. Game enthusiasts will also experience Las Vegas casino games, where high-roller spirit will keep your adrenaline pumping! Discovery Cruises’ 1-day adventure have daily trips (except Wednesdays) that will leave Fort Lauderdale at 9:30 AM and arrive at Grand Bahama at around 1:30. You will have around 4 hours to explore ashore and the ship will take you back to Miami and arrive 10:30.
• Cruise N’ Stay: If one day is too short span of time for you to visit Bahamas, you might want to consider Discovery Cruises’ Cruise N’ Stay package. For one or two nights, you get to enjoy three places: onboard the ship, ashore on the Bahamas, and on a nice hotel. Prices range from $180 -$230 for a two-night stay. You may choose from any of these exciting places to stay: Flamingo Bay at Taino Beach, Our Lucaya Reef Village, Radisson Our Lucaya Resort, Pelican Bay at Lucaya, Island Palm Resort Castaways Resort & Suites, Sunrise Resort & Marina. These resorts will have amenities that will make your stay comfortable, and services that will make you come back.
• Cruise only: This package of discovery cruises will offer transportation only. This is ideal if you have your own plans in the Bahamas. This will give you more options on places to stay when you are on the island. Perhaps you want to explore more and farther. Then take this package. Similar to the Fun day cruise arrival and departure time and place, you will choose any day of the week (except Wednesdays) to book your fare. The great thing is that, you get the same perks and freebies: meals, drinks, music and all those sorts of fun mentioned above.
